What We Do
The Elliot Blair Foundation seeks to honor Elliot’s legacy by providing scholarships and educational resources to at-risk youth, including youth navigating the juvenile justice system, to enable them to become productive members of society and reach their full potential. The foundation also provides educational resources to families who have had loved ones die abroad in sudden or tragic circumstances.
